Welcome to Issue 033.

Issue 033 explores the confluence of cultures between Japan and the Western World. We meet the Japanese builders driving the custom motorcycle scene, get schooled by some blue-blooded countrymen, hit switches in the streets of Shibuya, and explore The Land of the Rising Sun to celebrate its unique influence on our world.

We confront the sides of our history that once divided us, then find common ground in custom culture, lowriders, music, and more. We look at the most important two-wheeled machines, both odd and inspired, and use the motorcycle as a conduit for conversation throughout the pages of this special edition.
